To upgrade, enter your member barcode into Ticketek's 'password box'. 

Find your member barcodes through the button at the bottom of this page. 

Your tickets are available to you in the official GC SUNS App. Remember to log into your account using the same email address you registered for Footy with. For most people, this email will belong to your parent/guardian. 

For AFL Games, once you log into the App you will see 4 tickets available for SUNS Home Games. Simply show the ticket on your phone at the Gate to gain entry on Game Day. Once you have used your four FREE tickets; tickets will no longer be available to view for this membership. If you have any trouble accessing your tickets, please call the Membership Team on 1300 784 436.

For AFLW Games, once you log into the App you will see 1 ticket available for each AFLW Home Game. Simply show the ticket on your phone at the Gate to gain entry on Game Day. If you have any trouble accessing your tickets, please call the Membership Team on 1300 784 436.

For AFL Games, that’s up to you! You have 4 tickets included in your membership, and how you choose to use them is totally up to you. You can use the tickets 1 per game to come to a maximum of 4 games, or you could choose to bring a friend or parent with you and use 2 tickets over 2 games, or any variation in between.  

For AFLW Games, you have access to 1 general admission ticket per home game. 

Your ticket entitles you to a General Admission seat. There is signage inside the venue that will guide you to the appropriate seating sections. If you would like to take a look before the day, please feel free view the Stadium Map found under the 'Member Zone' tab.

Tip: You may notice a seat number and location on your ticket, this can be disregarded. General Admission (GA) seating works on a first in basis, and you can choose any seat within the GA sections.  

Absolutely! You will need to enter your barcode which can be found in your MY SUNS account to secure your reserved seat upgrade.

Once logged into your MY SUNS account you will be able to access your barcode(s) by clicking on More - My Membership Barcodes.

Once you have your Member Barcode, you can head to Ticketek, choose the Game you would like to attend and click ‘Find Tickets’

You will now need to enter your barcode as your password to unlock tickets, simply paste or type it into the box and select ‘Unlock Tickets’

You can now select the upgraded ticket of your choice.

Tip: This ticket will now be used for entry on Game Day, so please don’t use your App.

2. They can purchase a Daily Ticket to a game of their choice from Ticketek.
