How do I become a member?
We're so excited for you to join the SUNS! You can become a Member by selecting the package which suits.
If you would like to discuss membership options, you can contact the GC SUNS Membership Team who are available from 9am to 5pm AEST Monday - Friday on 1300 784 436.

How can I pay for my 2026 membership?
You can pay for your membership via the following options:
Online: Click Login in the top right corner and sign in to your My GC SUNS Account
Phone: Call 1300 784 436 to speak to one of the friendly staff in the Membership Team between 9am-5pm AEST Monday - Friday
What is GC SUNS EasyPay?
EasyPay is the Club’s membership payment plan option allowing you to pay for your membership in one lump sum annually or in equal monthly instalments over 10 months. The payment will be taken on the 15th of each month via a nominated Visa or Mastercard. If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, the GC SUNS EasyPay deduction will be transacted on the next business day.
Members renewing on the GC SUNS EasyPay upfront option will have their annual membership fee deducted in full on November 17, 2025. Any new Members who sign on to the upfront plan after this date will have their full payment deducted upon receipt of signing up.
Members renewing on the GC SUNS EasyPay monthly option will have their first monthly membership fee deducted on November 17, 2025. Remaining fees will be deducted on the 15th of each subsequent month for 10 months (10 monthly plan). Any new Members who sign up after November 17 will have the total number of lapsed payments deducted upon receipt of membership application and then subsequent payments on the 15th of each month.
What are the benefits of GC SUNS EasyPay?
EasyPay makes renewing your membership easier than ever with an automatic renewal each year. If you are a reserved seat holder you never need to worry about having to renew your reserved seat membership by the cut-off date.
How do I join on GC SUNS EasyPay?
You can ‘opt in’ to GC SUNS EasyPay by renewing or purchasing a membership online. Alternatively, you can contact the Membership Team on 1300 784 436.
Am I able to join the GC SUNS EasyPay after the first payment has commenced?
Yes, you can still join GC SUNS EasyPay after the first payment date has passed.
When signing up or renewing your membership, you will be asked to make any catch-up payments to accommodate any months that have been missed.
Do I qualify to purchase a concession priced membership?
Concession memberships are available to the following concession card holders:
Student Concession Membership
Student concession membership is available to full time students. When applying for a student concession membership, proof of concession details is requested at the time of application. Student concession Members must also carry their student identification with them on match day.
Pension Concession Membership
Pension concession membership is available to Members holding pension concession cards issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Veteran Affairs for the aged, disability support, war veterans, single supporting parents, disability carers, war widows and TPI pensions. When applying for a pension concession membership, proof of the applicant’s concession details is requested at the time of application. Pension concession Members must also carry their current pension card with them on a match day.
*Please note Senior Cards are not a valid concession type for a Gold Coast SUNS Membership.
What is the age limit for a youth membership?
Once a youth turns 18, they are no longer considered to be a youth Member. The date is relevant as of January 1 each year.
For the 2026 season, anyone born before or on 1/1/2011 is considered a youth Member.
What is the age limit for a Junior Membership?
As deemed by the AFL, once a child turns 15, they are no longer considered to be a junior member. The date is relevant as of January 1 each year.
For the 2026 season, any child born after 1/1/2011 is considered a junior member.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Of course! However, to purchase a membership as a gift, we do require the gift recipient's details!

Can I cancel my 2026 Membership at any time and get a refund?
Gold Coast SUNS Memberships or additional products are non-refundable once a membership has been purchased. The Gold Coast SUNS are under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund.
The Gold Coast SUNS are not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches being cancelled, postponed or changed (including venue change).
Membership Seating
I intend to renew my Premiership Circle reserved seat from the 2025 Season, what is the reserved seat cut-off date for the 2026 season?
To ensure you retain your Premiership Circle reserved seat for the 2026 season, the reserved seat cut off is Friday, 16 January 2025.
If you have any concerns around this date, please contact our friendly membership team to discuss your options.
I am a General Admission member, how do I upgrade my membership to a reserved seat for a particular game?
You can opt to upgrade to a reserved seat by entering your 12-digit barcode number in Ticketek's password box.
You will receive the option to select a reserved seat and pay the difference in cost for that particular game.
Will supporters of opposition Clubs sit in my seasonal reserved seat area?
In some circumstances, unsold seats within Member bays are required to be sold to the general public. To maximise crowd potentials, seats within membership reserved seating areas may be released for purchase if daily ticketing allocations have been exhausted.
Ensuring as many supporters as possible can experience a Gold Coast SUNS game at People First Stadium is a high priority for the Club.
How do I change my Premiership Circle reserved seat location for 2026?
After the reserved seat cut-off on Friday, January 16, 2026, Members will be able to request seat changes. Our membership team will work with member requests on a case-by-case basis should a requested seat be unavailable.
I have an AFL membership and have nominated the Gold Coast SUNS as my Club of support, what does this entitle me to?
AFL Members holding a Gold Coast SUNS Club of support package have entry entitlements to all Gold Coast SUNS home matches played at People First Stadium during the Home & Away Season. To access matches on the Gold Coast, AFL Members will be able to scan in using the Gold Coast SUNS App. Entry entitlements include access to General Admission seating bays.

How do I find out what my Member ID is?
Your membership ID is located on your digital membership card. Alternatively, this can be found by logging into your My SUNS account.
How can I update my credit card details?
If you need to update or change your credit card details, please contact the Membership Team on 1300 784 436.
Alternatively, this can be done online via your My SUNS account.
Game Day at People First Stadium
What if I have enquiries regarding my membership on match day?
Any membership enquiries you may have at a GC SUNS game at People First Stadium can be answered by membership staff located outside of People First Stadium at the Membership Services windows, located at Gate 1 or 3. If you are already inside the ground, head to the People First Pavilion (located under the video board at the northern end of the stadium).
