How do I Return My Seat?
1. Download the official Gold Coast SUNS App
2. In the footer, click on 'Members'.
3. Sign into your My SUNS Account and select the game for which you are returning your seat.
4. Click 'More Ticket Actions'.
5. Select 'RETURN'.
Am I eligible to return my seat?
The seat return program is open to full season Premiership Circle reserved seat members only. Full season General Admission, SUNSCREAMER, Beyond the Boundary, SUNDeck and reduced access and flexi members are unable to return their seat.
Any membership that is provided complimentary by the Club can return seats but will receive no credit in return.
Hospitality and coterie members are unable to return their seat.
Reduced access and flexi members are unable to return their seat.
Where can I return my seat?
Seats must be returned before 9am Friday prior to a match. Once a seat is returned, it is final and cannot be reversed. Your barcode will be cancelled, and you will not be able to enter the stadium for that match.
How much credit do I receive?
If your seat is sold, you'll receive the below credit towards your membership for season 2027. Your 2027 membership must be the same category of membership as 2026 for credit to apply.

Concession: $18
Youth: $18

I've returned my seat for the game, can I change my mind?
No, once a seat has been returned for sale, whether it is sold or not, it cannot be re-instated by the member.
How do I redeem my credit?
Where a members returned seat successfully sells during the 2026 season, the member will receive a credit towards their 2027 membership. Your credit will automatically be applied when you renew for the 2027 season. It cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Your 2026 membership must be paid up in full before credit for 2027 will be applied.
