Return and Earn Program
Premiership Circle Rooftop, Level 1 and Level 2 reserved seat members who are unable to attend a match at People First Stadium, may return their reserved seat and earn credit if their seat is sold to another member/general public.
If the seat is sold, the member will earn credit towards their 2027 membership. This credit is valid for the 2027 season only. The credit amount is based on the ticket category of the membership and the location of the seat. There is no guarantee that a returned seat will be on-sold, or that all seats will be placed on sale via Ticketek.
Once a member has returned their seat for a match, their Mobile Member Ticket will not permit access to the venue and the member waives all access to the seat for the relevant match. Seats can only be returned within the communicated timeframe.
The 2026 Seat Return Credit Amounts are set out on the Gold Coast SUNS Membership Website.
Any membership that is provided complimentary by the Club can return seats but will receive no credit in return.
Should venue capacity be required to be below 100% due to government health and safety restrictions, Seat Return and credit will not be available.
Any discounts or credits earned (including, but not limited to those earned via the Seat Return) are NOT transferable or refundable or redeemable for cash.
Total seat return credits will be calculated at the completion of the home and away season and automatically credited to membership accounts to appear on the following season’s membership renewal invoice.
If a membership is cancelled in accordance with the membership terms and condition during the Toyota AFL Premiership season immediately following the season in which credits are earned, credits applied from the previous season and any credit earned during the current season will be forfeited and will not form part of any refund or credit that may be due.
Seats for any rounds where the date and time has not been announced can be returned once these details are confirmed.
