Close menuThe SUNS in conjunction with Telstra & the AFL have launched a new and improved Gold Coast SUNS app for the 2026 season.
As the app has undergone a significant upgrade; we highly recommend deleting, re-installing and logging in again ahead of attending your first match to ensure you have the updated version installed.
Below you will find 'How to Guides' and handy hints to navigate and use the app in 2026.

If you hold one of the following membership types; your digital membership ticket will be available in the SUNS app:
- General Admission: 3 Game
- General Admission: Full Season
- SUNScreamer
- Premiership Circle: Rooftop
- Premiership Circle: Level 1
- Premiership Circle: Level 2
- Step SUNS
- Interstate
- VIC SUNS
- Auskick & AFLQ Juniors
IMPORTANT: For easy match day access, we highly recommend adding the relevant match day ticket/s to your WALLET before getting to the game.
The following membership categories will need to access their $0 tickets they redeemed in the Ticketek App or via the Ticketek website.
- Beyond the Boundary
- SUNDeck
- 3 Game Flexi Pass
- 3 Game Premium Pass
HOW TO GUIDE - How to Transfer your Ticket (CLICK HERE)
Ticket Transfer is only available to members who hold the following memberships;
- Premiership Circle: Rooftop
- Premiership Circle: Level 1
- Premiership Circle: Level 2
- Full Season General Admission
- Player Family
IMPORTANT: If you have transferred your ticket to someone, we highly recommend notifying the recipient that they MUST accept the transfer before getting to the game.
When a ticket is transferred and accepted, access to the barcode is not immediate. It takes up to 20-40 minutes for the transferred barcode to activate.
We also highly recommend adding transferred ticket/s to your WALLET when received and accepted.
