Getting into Home Games

As a General Admission member, entry to Gold Coast SUNS home games is quick and easy using the Gold Coast SUNS App. Your digital member barcode is your ticket to the match.

Before You Arrive

Make sure you’re match day ready by completing the steps below:

1. Download the Gold Coast SUNS App
   Available via the App Store and Google Play.
2. Select the Members tab
   Located at the bottom of the app, where you can access your barcodes
3. Log in with your My SUNS account email and password
   Use the email linked to your Premiership Circle membership.
4. If this is first time using App, complete account set up
   Use the email linked to your membership and select forgot password.
5. Select upcoming match
   Each membership under account will appear with barcode.

We recommend opening the app and loading your barcode before arriving at the gates to ensure smooth entry.

Adding To Wallet

Click View ticket and add to wallet. 

You will be able to add tickets to wallet seven (7) days prior to the scheduled match.

Do not do add a ticket to wallet if you are planning on transferring it.

Transferring Tickets

How to transfer a ticket:

1. To forward a ticket for a friend or guest. Select the ‘Forward’ button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the ticket you wish to forward and select the ‘Forward to’ option at the bottom of the screen.
3. Forward to details - Choose ‘Select from contacts’ or ‘Manually enter a recipient’
4. Enter all the relevant details and select ‘Forward tickets’ at the bottom of the screen.
5. Your ticket has now been forwarded. 

Bringing Family or Friends?

You can enter your membership barcodes on Ticketek to access 10% discount on additional tickets for Gold Coast SUNS AFL home games at People First Stadium.
