SUNS Easy Pay Terms & Conditions

COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026 

Promoter 

1. The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”). 

Eligibility 

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents.  
2. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval.  
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible. 

Promotion Period 

1. The competition commences on Friday, 9 October 2026 at 3:00pm AEST and closes on Sunday, 15 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. 

How to Enter 

1. Renewing members or new members to the Gold Coast SUNS simply need to process their 2027 membership payment via their SUNS invoice online or via Gold Coast SUNS | Home membership website where they will be prompted to add their membership payment to an upfront or 10 monthly instalment payment plan.  
2. Members already on a SUNS Easy Pay payment plan will be automatically entered into the draw to win 
3. Entrants are eligible only if they hold a financially compliant SUNS Easy Pay Payment Plan. 

Judging Criteria 

1. The prize winner will be selected at random. This is a game of chance, not skill.  
2. This will take place on Monday 18th of January 2026 at 4:00pm AEST. The winner will be notified via email and phone within 2 days and announced on  
   Gold Coast SUNS | 2027 Competition Winners 

Prize Details 

1. One (1) prize will be awarded: A trip to Fiji which includes return flights with FIJI Airways from any major city in Australia and hotel stay for up to two people up to the value of $ 3000.00 AUD including fares and taxes.  
   ($2000 AUD for FIJI Airways flights including fares and taxes and $1000 AUD for accommodation at your hotel of choice including fares and taxes) 
2. The prize winner is welcome to take additional guests but when the price exceeds the amount listed above it is at the competition winner's own expense 

Notification of Winner 

1. The prize winner will be notified via phone call within 2 days of the selection to organize the claiming of their prize. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners name will be published on Gold Coast SUNS | 2027 Competition Winners from the day that the prize winner is selected 

Prize Conditions 

1. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. If unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will occur at the original draw location. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if unavailable. 
2. Reservations and ticketing must be made through the Gold Coast SUNS administration. This must be done at least twenty-one (21) working days prior to the requested date of departure. Please have your passport details and travel dates readily available. 
   The Gold Coast SUNS offices will be closed from Saturday, January 19, reopening on Monday, January 11.   
3. Visa application and associated costs are NOT the responsibility of Fiji Airways. 
4. This prize is NOT transferable; CANNOT be en-cashed, sold, nor can it be redeemed in any other form. 
5. Name changes are not permitted. Once ticketed, normal fare rules and conditions of carriage apply.    
6. Air travel is valid on Fiji Airways operated services only. 
7. Travel must be completed within 12 months from date of the prize being drawn.  
8. Due to prior commercial demand booking is subject to travel restrictions, blackout dates and availability at time of booking.
9. The prize voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split or used separately. 
10. Applicable Government Taxes, Surcharges, Travel Insurance are NOT included in this prize. You will be advised on the procedure for paying taxes when you contact the above-mentioned staff to book the flights.   

General Conditions 

1. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted:  
3. using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information;  
4. through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or  
5. in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions 
6. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.  
7. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Prize winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize 
9. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law 
10. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority 
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Eligible Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values. 
12. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to this competition, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia. All references to dollar amounts are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). 

Privacy 

1. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the GCFC Privacy Policy: https://www.goldcoastfc.com.au/privacy. By entering, you consent to the use of your details for promotional and marketing purposes.

1. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. 

Governing Law 

1. This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
