Terms & Conditions
All Gold Coast SUNS ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ purchasers, receive General Admission access to our Round 21 match v Richmond and Round 23 match v GWS Giants at People First Stadium. They also receive member priority access to purchase weeks 1-3 finals ticketing if the Gold Coast SUNS are competing in the 2025 Toyota AFL Final Series. Offers are subject to the following terms and conditions. By taking up the ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ you register as a Gold Coast SUNS member and you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
"Gold Coast SUNS" refers to the Gold Coast Football Club Limited ACN 144 555 822;
"Home-and-away season" refers to the Gold Coast SUNS home and away matches only. It excludes all pre-season and Toyota AFL finals and Grand Final matches.
“The 2026 Gold Coast SUNS membership” refers to a membership that provides benefits and entitlements throughout the 2026 home-and-away season only. If the Gold Coast SUNS do qualify for any 2026 Toyota AFL Finals in weeks 1-3 or the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final, some Gold Coast SUNS membership do provide benefits including priority access to purchase tickets.
"Member" means a person who has joined and fully paid for a membership with the Gold Coast SUNS for the duration of the membership in the applicable AFL season.
"People First Stadium" means People First Stadium at Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara, QLD 4226

3. These conditions apply to the Gold Coast SUNS ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ only.
4. The Gold Coast SUNS ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ is a promotional membership offer whereby a person subscribed for a 2026 Gold Coast SUNS Season Membership obtains the right to general admission access to the following two Gold Coast SUNS home games subject to availability and these terms and conditions. The free homes games included are:
• Saturday August 2 | Gold Coast SUNS v Richmond Tigers| 4.10pm at People First Stadium
• Saturday August 16 | Gold Coast SUNS v GWS Giants | 12.35pm at People First Stadium
• Priority access to purchase finals ticketing in weeks 1-3 only in the event Gold Coast SUNS are participating in the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
5. By accepting the Gold Coast SUNS ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ the Member commits to purchasing the 2026 Membership product selected at checkout.
6. Payment for the Gold Coast SUNS ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ must be made by a credit or debit card nominated by the Member at the time of accepting the offer. Card details will be held by us (or our membership platform provider) and the Member authorises us to deduct/charge future payments from the nominated card. At the time of accepting the offer, a charge of $1 per Gold Coast SUNS Membership Package will be deducted from the nominated credit or debit card.
7. Members who accept this offer will be charged the 2026 retail price of the membership product they selected, minus $1. Depending on the membership category and payment plan selected, on 17 November 2025 via the chosen payment method. As such members will be charged accordingly for membership for 2026. Renewal will also occur on or around the same period each year for subsequent seasons on this date (ie renewed for the equivalent membership category and seat/s). Members will have an opt out option for 2027 in the 2026 season.
8. Once the Member processes the membership category, they are purchasing for the 2026 home-and-away season at the time of accepting the ‘Buy 2026, pay $1 for 2025 Campaign Offer’ no further payment reminders or payment correspondence will be forwarded by us to the Member. We will send a Payment Confirmation, via email, to the Member following the balance being charged to the Member’s nominated credit card on 17 November, 2025 at the time of auto-renewal.
9. The 2026 Gold Coast SUNS membership product terms and conditions of membership (including the benefits and inclusions) will be available on the Gold Coast SUNS membership website https://www.goldcoastfc.com.au/ from October 31, 2025. Further information will be sent to the Member, via email, to access their benefits and inclusions in November 2025.
10. This offer is only available to Members/Persons who are not current 2025 Gold Coast SUNS access members and is available for a limited time (subject to availability).
11. Any Member who selects a 2026 Premium Reserved Seat Product will have an opportunity to select seats during an allocated ‘Seat Selection Window’. Members will be contacted by the Gold Coast SUNS membership department to manage and allocate your preferred seats.
12. Cancellation fees may apply and will be at the discretion of the Gold Coast SUNS Football Club for anyone who accepts this membership offer then does not meet the requirements of this agreement .
