Summary of Changes

Throughout the 2025 season, the Gold Coast SUNS invested significantly in conducting independent research to ensure we are offering the most suitable suite of membership products for our members and fans. Prior to season 2026, the membership product suite has remained in market and largely unchanged since our Club’s inception and we feel we owe it to our members and fans to review and make the necessary changes based on your feedback to ensure we are offering a wider range of products with clearly defined inclusions and benefits at a range of differing prices to suit more of our consumers wants, needs and budgets. 

We are also working hard to ensure your membership isn’t just your ticket to the game. We feel there is significant room for improvement in making our members and fans feel more valued, more included and more connected to our Club than ever before. 
In line with this, we are also launching a new and improved Reward and Recognition program in 2026 to acknowledge and honour member tenure and loyalty.

Following the completion and analysis of the research piece which included surveying a large portion of paying Club members, lapsed Club members, previous Gold Coast SUNS ticket purchasers and a small independent research panel, we will be introducing some changes to the 2026 membership product suite. 

It is important to note that our new product suite has been designed to offer a clear continuum in the consumer journey. We received strong feedback in 2025, stating that there was not enough clear differentiation between packages, inclusions, benefits or price. 

Some membership products for the 2026 season are brand-new. Although some seating locations remain the same, some packages will include new names, new inclusions and benefits, some packages will have brand new seating mechanisms and locations, some pricing will increase, some pricing will decrease.

We are confident the 2026 product suite has been designed to suit the needs of our growing supporter and member base, shift with our changing market and allow our members and fans to feel more connected to our great Club than ever before.
